By using MyEntMap (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. The Service
The Service provides a food & fun map for local travel in Vietnam, including login, favorites, store info and events. Map and place data come from Google and may be incomplete or not real-time.
3. Your account & content
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity on your account and for content you post (posts, events, store info). Do not post unlawful, infringing, false, or impersonating content.
4. Acceptable use
Do not abuse or disrupt the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or scrape data in bulk via automation.
5. Third-party services
The Service integrates third parties such as Google and Facebook, whose use is governed by their own terms.
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of uninterrupted availability or accuracy of place/event data; event and store info is largely user-provided — verify independently.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
8. Changes & termination
We may modify or discontinue the Service, or suspend/terminate accounts for violations.
